Our experience will assist in finding a suitable tenant who, will be credit and Right to Rent checked and once approved we can prepare and oversee Tenancy Agreements, inventories and Tenancy Deposit Certificates. We will ensure statutory compliance to include for example advice on EPC’s, smoke detectors, gas safety and other regulations that govern the lettings market.

Let Only
This covers the letting of your property as above.
Rent and Collect
Follows let only but we will then collect your rent from your tenant and account to you for this including chasing arrears, but you will remain responsible for maintenance, repairs and not rent related tenant issues.
Fully Managed
In addition to rent and collect we also undertake property inspections, handle maintenance issues and provide asset management advice to enhance your investment.
