Phil has been a Partner of Sibley Pares Chartered Surveyors since 2012 and is Head of the Commercial Property Team and also focusses on Commercial & Residential Development.

Phil has over 20 years’ experience and prides himself on his hard work and attention to detail and ability to problem solve complicated transactions. Phil has repeatedly won the Estates Gazette coveted ‘Deal Maker’ award for Kent and also headed up the commercial team's Most Active Agent for Kent award on various occasions.

Sarah has been a partner of Sibley Pares Chartered Surveyors since 2006 and is Head of the Valuation Department. Sarah has over 35 years’ experience as a surveyor, 20 years of which has been gained in Kent.

Sarah’s current primary focus is lease advisory (Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals) and valuation specifically including Red Book Valuations. Sarah acts as an Expert Witness on Valuation matters.

Alex joined Sibley Pares in 2016 as a Commercial Surveyor in the valuations team undertaking Valuations for a variety of purposes including secured lending and probate on range of properties including residential, commercial and development opportunities.

Alex qualified in 2018 and specialises in Valuation and Landlord and Tenant work including rent reviews and lease renewals.

Ned is part of the Commercial Team, responsible for agency, professional, investment and development matters as well as advising clients on the sale and acquisition of commercial, residential, and mixed-use development sites.

Ned has completed his MSc in Real Estate from the University College of Estate Management and qualified in 2023.

Lou joined Sibley Pares in 2004 as a Commercial Secretary having obtained an ILEX Legal Secretarial Diploma. In 2009 she moved to our Accounts Team where she dealt with our Client Accounts until she became our Residential Property Manager in 2015.

Since joining the Residential Team Lou has obtained an ARLA qualification in Level 3 Residential Letting and Property Management.

Andrew comes to Sibley Pares with over 40 years experience in the property industry. He started his career after leaving school, joining Page & Wells, estate agents in Maidstone, spending 25 years in residential estate agency. For the last 18 years, prior to joining Sibley Pares, Andrew worked as a Director at a leading national business sales agency, having a particular interest in the Hospitality sector, selling and acquiring Hotels, Pubs & Restaurants across the whole of the south east for private and corporate clients, although he is able to advise owners of businesses in a variety of other sectors, whether that be when considering a sale of their business or how to improve it. Andrew has two grown up children and has a keen interest in motorcycles and supporting Maidstone United football club.

Dominic joined Sibley Pares in 2024 having worked in Commercial property agency for 3 years prior to joining. Dominic has widened his experience dealing with rent reviews and lease renewals although his primary focus remains around commercial agency is currently completing his APC to become a Chartered Surveyor.

Ana joined Sibley Pares in September 2020, working within the Residential team. She now plays a vital role within the Commercial Management team, assisting the management of our portfolio of managed commercial and residential properties.

Ana has recently achieved a First Class Masters in Real Estate from University of the Built Environment (UCEM) and is now finalising her APC to gain the qualifications to become a chartered surveyor in the coming years.

Thomas joined Sibley Pares in January 2022 primarily within the Maidstone office. He has been focussing on commercial agency, assisting with the disposal of commercial properties on both a sale and leasing basis.

He has recently enrolled on the UCEM apprenticeship scheme, in order to gain the qualifications to become a chartered surveyor in the coming years.

Danielle joined Sibley Pares in January 2022 having worked for the past 7 years in the property industry where she gained experience in conveyancing, residential sales and lettings. Since joining Sibley Pares, she provides assistance to the agency team and expanded her remit to assist with the preparation of valuation reports, supporting the professional teams and providing admin assistance to both offices.

Danielle has recently enrolled in the UCEM apprenticeship scheme, in order to gain the qualifications to become a chartered surveyor in the coming years.

Marcus has worked for Sibley Pares for over 20 years and is a well-known and respected Maidstone resident, having lived here all his working life.

Marcus has an extensive and diverse network of contacts in the Maidstone/Medway and Ashford region and specialises in residential sales, lettings, land and new homes.

Mitchell is the Head of our Sales and Lettings team, he moved straight into estate agency upon leaving school in 2015. He joined Sibley Pares in 2018 and has completed his MNAEA AND MARLA qualifications.

Mitchell is involved in a diverse portfolio of land and new homes projects and deals with corporate and individuals, letting their residential portfolios.
