Sibley Pares was established in 1982 and is proud of its heritage which dates back to 1885 through Walter and Forknall.

Walter and Forknall was founded in 1885 and worked on commercial property, residential property and land.
1982
The company split and Sibley Pares was founded by Ian Sibley, David Pares, Brian Matthews and John Waters in Rotunda House, Lower Stone Street. They specialised in commercial property.
1993
Sibley Pares moved into 32 King street and unfortunately John waters left the firm.
1997
Sibley Pares underwent a rebranding.
2006
Sibley Pares relocated to our current office 1 Ashford Road. Unfortunately Ian Sibley passed away.
2007
Sibley Pares underwent a rebranding.
2012
After joining the firm a few years previously Sarah Raggett and Phil Hubbard became new partners at Sibley Pares.
2013
Sibley Pares expanded and purchased MKH Clokes a well-respected property management firm in Maidstone.
2015
Sibley Pares underwent a rebranding.
2016
Sibley Pares expanded further and purchased Taylor Riley Commercial agency firm in Ashford.
2020
Sibley Pares is looking forward to continuing to develop and evolve over the next 150 years.
